Hello and a warm welcome! For over 12 years I have been active in anesthesia nursing, gathering a wealth of exciting experiences—enough to almost write a small book about it! The last 7 years I have spent in temporary placement, because 24-hour on-call shifts in a permanent clinic would have kept me running nonstop. Temporary placement gives me the flexibility to practice my profession with full energy and commitment—without losing the big picture. My role? I am the contact expert for client acquisition and make sure our colleagues are well supported at every assignment.
That naturally includes onboarding into all the fascinating details of anesthesia. Clinics value my work highly—because with me you get not only an experienced anesthesia nurse, but also a reliable partner by your side.
Scheduling & placement: I plan and coordinate so precisely that my colleagues sometimes think I have a secret crystal ball.

With over 22 years of experience in nursing, including more than 7 years in temporary placement, I have explored almost every corner of the nursing universe. I know the challenges and joys of temporary placement like the back of my hand—and I do it with a smile!

Billing: I juggle numbers as if it were child’s play and make sure everything in the books is exactly where it belongs.
Personnel management & leadership: Whether recruitment, scheduling, or motivating healthcare professionals—I am like a personnel maestro, keeping everyone in rhythm.
Training coordination: I organize continuing education with so much energy that even the quietest team members wake up and say, “That was exciting!”
Radiation safety officer: As the radiation safety officer, I keep an eye on the safety guidelines and I am the first to raise my hand when it is about keeping everyone healthy and safe.
Despite all my varied responsibilities, clinical work as an anesthesia nurse remains my true passion. Here I can use my hands, my heart, and my head to provide the best possible care for patients—and I still enjoy it immensely.
